Our itinerary begins and ends in Edinburgh, and we travel to the coastal town of Oban, and the Highland capital city of Inverness with many picturesque stops along the way. Scottish landscapes are legendary, and some spectacular images can be made right on the side of the road. You’ll also discover the unique culture of the historic towns, eat wonderful food and drink (plenty of good whiskey to be consumed!), and be enthralled by the dramatic history of castles, both those in ruins and others still functioning. You will fall in love with Skye with its dramatic waterfalls, and, of course, the Highland Coos! The Outer Hebrides of Lewis and Harris have many stunning landscapes including Luskentrye Beach with its tropical turquoise water and white beaches. Our favorite place is the mysterious and fascinating Callanish Stones, which are older than Stonehenge!
